| NOTE: Each QDK contains only the the software dependent on the particular processor, operating system, or the compiler, but does NOT contain the portable QP baseline code. In other words, you need to install the QP baseline code, before you install any port. |

The QDK- µC/OS-II-ARM is based on the generic µC/OS-II port to ARM7/ARM9, as described in the Micrium Application Note AN-1014. The QDK has been tested on the AT91EB40A development board from Atmel, but should be applicable with only minor modifications to any ARM7/ARM9 processor. This QDK is independent on other QP ports to ARM, and in particular does not require downloading the Application Note "QP and ARM".

| AT91EB40 evaluation board | The board is carried by DigiKey, among other distributors. On the DigiKey website you need to search for AT91EB40A. The board costs around $200. |
| Wiggler JTAG pod | The Wiggler is available direclty from Macraigor Systems. The Wiggler costs around $150. |
| J-Link | You can also use the J-Link pod with this board and toolset. The J-Link is manufactured by Segger. But perhaps the best way of acquiring J-Link is as part of an KickStart™ kit from IAR Systems |
| Compiler, Linker, Debugger | A free KickStart™ ARM toolset is available from IAR Systems. You need to register for the download. The product is limited to 32KB of code, but is not time limited. |
